We are shipping the orders by DPD couriers and Local Post. If the order amount is 79 Eur - delivery by Local Post is free of charge. If the order amount is 99 Eur - delivery by DPD/GLS courier is free of charge in all Europe. If the order amount does not reach 79 Eur - delivery costs from 6.90 Eur.
Delivery price depends on which delivery method you choose. You will be able to choose the delivery method by purchasing goods (in the shopping cart)
WAYS OF DELIVERY, AND PRICES
- Express (DPD Courier). Delivery price 6,90 Eur.
- Standard (LOCAL POST). Delivery price 4,99 Eur.
Once your order is sent its status will change for „Shipped”, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. We don’t take responsibility for any delays caused by courier. If your delivery takes longer than expected, please contact our Customer Service for tracking details. Shipping cost is constant regardless of the weight of ordered products.
DELIVERY PLACE
By choosing a delivery method with DPD courier, upon delivery of the order, the courier will contact you by phone and deliver the package at your convenience.
Orders sent by Local Post are delivered to your home. If the postman at your home does not find you, then the parcel will be returned to the post office where your place of residence is assigned. You will see the address of the post office, from which you will have to retrieve the parcel in this case, where you watched the parcel path by e-mail.
