HOW TO BUY AT DABESTSHOES.COM?

To buy in our shop is simple, fast and safe. You can do this at any time because the online store is open 24 hours a day. Our shoes are brand new and in the manufacturer's packaging. You do not need to register to shop in our store. However, if you register, you will be able to track your order history and get discounts.

To make a purchase in our store, you must place the product in the basket. You can do this by clicking on the "Add to cart" button, which is located next to each item. If you do not see the "Add To Cart" button, please choose the size of the shoe. If there are no sizes available - the item is out of stock. You can always view and change the shopping cart.

When you place items in the cart:

  1. Choose the most convenient way of delivery: delivery to home by Local Post, delivery to home through DPD courier. After selecting the delivery method, enter the data for delivery. If the order amount is 59 Eur - delivery by Local Post is free of charge. If the order amount is 99 Eur - delivery by DPD courier is free of charge in all Europe. If the order amount does not reach 59 Eur - delivery costs from 2.99 Eur.

  2. Choose a payment method:  Bank transfer, "Pay via Paysera" (credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), Paypal. 

If you choose "Pay by Paysera" or "PayPal" upon confirmation of your order, you will be redirected to the Paysera page where you can choose your bank or card and confirm your payment. The data provided during the payment is encrypted and is not known at DaBestShoes.co. After payment, you will return to DaBestShoes.com page.

If you select "Bank transfer", upon confirmation of the order, you will see the data necessary for the bank transfer to be performed on the screen. Also, all the data you will receive by email.

We wait for the payment 3 days, after 3 days the order is canceled.

We will inform you about the entire order process via email and SMS. 

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE MY PAYMENT?

If you choose "Bank transfer" payment: after a bank transfer, it will be recorded on the next business day. If you make a payment on Friday, 12:00, weekend or international holidays, the payment for the order will be recorded on the next business day before 12:00.

If you have chosen "Pay Via Paysera" or Paypal the payment will be recorded within an hour.

Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a payment confirmation letter and SMS.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

The order will be delivered within 9 - 14 business days after receiving payment, depending on Your courier choice. When the order is sent, we will send the parcel code by SMS and e-mail,

HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

If the product model or size is not suitable for You, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
When returning the product, it is necessary to fill in the return form with the data, necessary for the fulfillment of return.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SHOE SIZE?

Before ordering shoes, please compare the length of the shoe insole with your foot length. Different manufacturers provide different dimension tables.

You should measure the foot as shown in the picture. 

Make sure the pencil is oriented perpendicular to the ground, as shown when measuring a foot. 

Measure the most distant points and find out the length of your foot. Select the size of shoes according to the table below.
