Returns and replacements      

Within 14 days from the date of delivery, you can:

• return the product within 14 days of delivery.

Important! The shipping costs for the return of the item are not covered.

When returning the product, it is necessary to fill in the return form with the data, necessary for the fulfilment of return and send it with the product. You can download the return form here. Please inform us about Your decision to return the product by email [email protected] within 14 days. 

Returned products must meet the following criteria

• returnable shoes must be in the original shoe box ;
• the item must be unused and not damaged by the Buyer;
• the product can't be damaged or lost the commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unsealed protective films, etc.);

Refund

Under the law, Seller pledges to repay the money within 14 days after the product has been received, it is checked that it is in a proper condition, i.e. unidentified irregularities, damage, unaltered parts, are all packages, labels.

If the customer has used an additional discount (eg free shipping) and subsequently cancelled (return) at least one item from this order, DaBestShoes.com has the right to deduct the amount of the additional discount from the customer's refund. For example, when purchasing goods for 59 EUR, a special offer is the shipping free of charge, but if the customer returns one or more goods and the remaining goods are less than 59 EUR, then the free delivery offer is cancelled and the delivery price is deducted from the amount refunded.

Exchange

DaBestShoes.com does not offer an exchange. If you need other size or model - make a new order and return the unwanted item. 
The money will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
