Ballet flats

The service was excellent, but the shoes did not fit true to size. Next time, I will choose a larger size.

I liked it. I will be back. :)

It was my first, but not my last, purchase from Batu Svero. :) I really liked that the insole length is listed in the description of every pair of shoes. It is therefore no surprise that the shoes fit perfectly. The price-to-quality ratio is simply perfect :) I have already recommended Batu Skveras to my friends :) Thank you :)

Sneakers

The customer service was very pleasant. I asked about the shoe size and received a very detailed answer. The sneakers are really fun and beautiful; they run large, so based on the insole measurements, I chose a smaller size than I usually wear.

Beige Shoes

I have shopped at this store several times. The customer service is excellent and efficient! These shoes are very lovely, but unfortunately they did not fit me in size. I wear size 39 shoes, but size 39 in these shoes was too small for me. I gave them to a friend who wears size 38, and they fit her perfectly :)

Shoes

Incredibly comfortable—the size is true to fit, and they are soft, lightweight, and do not pinch anywhere. Delivery was prompt, and I am truly satisfied :)

Great!

I received the shoes quickly, even though it stated that they would arrive within 5–8 business days. I am very pleased with them. I will definitely recommend them to others and will shop here again more than once ;)

Excellent Sneakers

The sneakers I received fully met my expectations, especially as they look exactly the same in real life as they do in the photos.

The Size Did Not Fit

Hello, I bought these for my wife. The shoes are excellent, but they were slightly too small, even though there was a size chart, and they felt a little tight :) We found someone to pass them on to, so there is no problem. It is nice that you are asking; this is the right approach towards customers. Good luck.
